Shipping policy

Final order dates for guaranteed Christmas delivery.

Standard UK delivery is £3.95.

Free postage is available for orders over £65.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked48 post. We post Monday through Friday, and if you order before 12 p.m., it will usually be sent the same day.

Your order will usually arrive within 3-5 working days. However, if there is an unforeseen problem (e.g., Royal Mail strike, snow, etc.), it could take longer.

You will be notified of your tracking number by email. In the first instance, please check this tracking number on the Royal Mail website for all updated information relating to your order. If no one has been in to sign for it, you will have to advise Royal Mail regarding your choices.

If, however, your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days, please email info@tripleshady.com, quoting your tracking number, and we will investigate the matter with Royal Mail.

European Delivery

Standard European delivery will cost £12.00 and will be tracked and signed for. In normal conditions, please allow 7-21 days for arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - When a package is dispatched internationally (outside of the UK) it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. There is also the potential for customs delays. These fees can be unpredictable and are your responsibility as the buyer.

Worldwide Delivery

Standard Worldwide delivery will cost £17.00 and will be a tracked and signed-for service. In normal conditions, please allow 15-21 days for arrival.
